This week we finished installation of two more complete lines in Czech Republic. One of the sheet metal forming lines is composed by straight side eccentric press of 400 ton with fully automatic stroke adjustment system, feeding line control integrated in the press control unit. Die management system with possibility to create recipes. Safety system built on PILZ PSS4000 modular safety PLC.The other line for a totally different customer is equipped with a double decoiler of 3 tons capacity at each mandrel, electronic roll feeder and two sets of straightener for narrow strips. The press is a simple PM40, of 40 ton equipped with piezoelectric load sensors to control press force, fully automatic lubrication system and speed inverter.
